Rosemary Womack assumed the responsibilities of the City Recorder February 2009. She previously served as the City Purchasing Officer, Assistant Finance Director, and Director of Finance and Administration.

Rosemary has a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University. She received her Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) accreditation while working for the City of Tullahoma. She is a 2000 graduate of Coffee County Leadership and was top in her class.
