Wayne Limbaugh has been employed by the City of Tullahoma since 1994. He served as the Purchasing Officer and the Director of Municipal Services prior to being promoted to Public Works Director. Mr. Limbaugh oversees forty-three city employees in Public Works. He also serves as the administrator for the City computer system. He served as the co-interim City Administrator in the absence of a City Administrator in 1998. Mr. Limbaugh holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Technology from Motlow State Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to employment with the City of Tullahoma, he worked in private business. He is a member of the American Public Works Association and serves on the Regional Solid Waste Planning Committee and the Interlocal Solid Waste Authority.
He is married to Beth Limbaugh and has two daughters, Evie and Monica.
