Board of Zoning Appeals
Three (3) Year Terms
The Board of Zoning Appeals is empowered to grant variances to the extent necessary to permit the owner a reasonable use of the land in those instances where there are exceptional and unusual circumstances. Variances considered include items such as those related to zoning requirements, setbacks, signage, land usage, etc.
