Business Licenses

The City of Tullahoma has adopted the State of Tennessee Business Act. This requires anyone planning to open a business within the city limits with a gross income of more than $3,000 to obtain a City Business License. Applications can be picked up at the front counter of City Hall. Business licenses are renewed annually, with a percentage of your gross receipts to be paid along with the renewal fee. Renewal dates and percentage rates are determined by the type of business you will be conducting.
