Tullahoma Municipal Regional Planning Commission
This Commission reviews variance requests, requests for annexations or any special development requests, subdivisions of property, zoning of property, temporary uses, planned unit developments, amendments to official zoning map, amendments to zoning ordinance, and appeals of decisions of the City building official. The Tullahoma Regional Municipal Planning Commission Members are selected and approved by the Mayor and serve three-year terms on a volunteer basis.
The Planning Commission meets the first and third Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. The meeting on the first Monday of the month is a study session meeting and is held at the Tullahoma Annex Building located at 321 North Collins Street. The meeting on the third Monday of the month is the regular meeting of the commission and is held at City Hall in the Board room at 201 West Grundy Street.
