Traffic Court

The City Court Clerk works from within the City Recorder's Office, handling all traffic citations, parking tickets, and city ordinance violations. Presiding over the Municipal Court is Judge Jim Conley. Municipal Court is held the second and fourth Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.

If you receive a citation and fail to address it, either by appearing in court, paying online, or posting a cash bond, the citation is turned over to the State of Tennessee to begin proceedings to suspend your driving privileges.
