You may pay your city taxes at City Hall, 201 West Grundy Street, Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 pm. County taxes may be paid at the Coffee County Administration Building in Manchester. Also, if you have your county tax bill, taxes can be paid at these Tullahoma branches: First Vision Bank, Citizens Tri-County Bank, First Vision Bank, Smart Bank, or Traders Bank.

Traffic citation court is located at City Hall in the 2nd Floor Board Room. Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:30 pm. You may pay your ticket at City Hall at the Front Desk, or you can pay traffic citations online.

Obtain and complete a Records Request Form at the Front Desk at the Tullahoma Municipal Building, 201 W Grundy Street, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday, or at the Public Service Officer Desk at the Police Station after hours or on weekends. The Accident or Offense Report should be available for pick-up within seven working days for a nominal fee per page. The report can be mailed if a self-addressed stamped envelope and payment is provided with the request.

You may register to vote after residing in Tullahoma for thirty days. Register at the Coffee County Registrar's Office in Manchester or at City Hall in Tullahoma. Call 931-723-5103 with questions.
New residents from out of state must go immediately to the office of the County Court Clerk in Manchester to purchase an auto license tag. Call 931-723-5106 for more information. A new resident from out of state with a valid driver's license may obtain a valid Tennessee Driver's License by taking an eye test and completing an application at the Tennessee Department of Safety Driver's Testing Station at 307 Industrial Boulevard, Tullahoma. The office is open Tuesday through Friday from 7 am until 5 pm except on legal holidays. The office opens at 8 am and on the second Wednesday of each month. Testing stops at 4:30 pm. Business licenses are issued at the front desk of City Hall Monday through Friday from 7:30 am through 4:30 pm.
Building, demolition, plumbing, electrical and grading permits may be obtained at the Planning and Codes Department at the Tullahoma Annex Building, 321 Collins Street, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. All inspections should be requested a minimum of 24 hours before needed by calling 931-455-2282.
